SCIENCE PARK || Pimpari-Chinchwad ||

The main aim of the visit was to give students exposure to real-world applications of engineering principles, especially in automotive technology and its scientific foundations. Students gained valuable insights into current industry trends and future technologies, including electric vehicles and autonomous driving systems.

Mahanand Doodh Dairy || Chh.Sambhajinagar ||

The visit aimed to give students practical exposure to dairy industry operations and equipment, with a particular focus on mechanical engineering processes. They observed cooling systems that use refrigeration cycles, compressors, and evaporators to rapidly bring collected milk to below 4°C. Students also learned about the thermodynamic principles of refrigeration and the maintenance of these large-scale cooling systems.

At Digvijay Industries in MIDC Waluj, Aurangabad, students observed the construction and operation of transformers and learned about various transformer testing methods. This visit was valuable for enhancing their understanding of transformer operations and deepening their subject knowledge.

During this visit, students observed substation operations and learned about the transmission of electrical power to distribution systems. They also gained knowledge of control panels, PLCC, and SCADA systems.

hARIOM INDUSTRY || Chh.Sambhaji Nagar ||

The students described the visit as highly informative, offering valuable insights into advanced manufacturing technologies and the professional environment of the automotive sector. They were introduced to VMC machines, CNC machines, advanced machinery, and heat treatment units. The visit allowed them to observe the transformation of raw materials into finished automobile components, following the step-by-step production process from material selection to machining and final quality checks.
